Today’s Discovery (TD): An incredible stat, tweeted out by the NFL (@nfl)–yesterday, Ryan Fitzpatrick of the New York Jets became the first quarterback in NFL history to beat one team (the Jacksonville Jaguars) with five separate NFL teams (Cincinnati, Buffalo, Tennessee, Houston and now the New York Jets). It could have actually been six teams (Fitzpatrick’s Rams played and beat the Jags in his 2005 rookie season, but he had not yet taken over starting duties).

Fitzpatrick owns a career 5-3 record against the Jags, having also lost to them the first two times while playing for Buffalo, and once more while playing for the Titans.
